Homelessness in the Suburbs: Challenges Beyond the City Limits

Homelessness is a major issue in every part of this world, be it in any country. In our culture, I was always taught that if you have three necessary things Roti, Kapda, and Makan(Food to eat, clothes to wear and a house to live) then an individual is lucky and he/she must be grateful for that. Here the main matter is a home. So, if you have one, you are blessed. The people without roofs above their heads can be found anywhere be it in a city area or rural areas. This can be because of lack of money and this happens as these people are jobless. Inflation, shortage of knowledge of some specific field and many other things can be the reason behind it.

The government or the organizations sometimes neglect the homeless people living in the countryside area because it fails to catch the attention of other city areas. They are more focused on the development of the uppermost areas of the country, which helps them to be in competition. Sometimes the residents move to the countryside because it can be cheaper than the cities. Sometimes there are great opportunities but still “All the glitters are not GOLD”. Everything has two sides good and bad so it depends on the individual how well it goes for them.

People in these areas find difficulties there because of insufficient resources, lack of connectivity, shelter homes, food and many more. Food is a basic need of a person and if he/she does not get something to eat then they are definitely going to suffer a lot and this can be a reason for an unfortunate death.

This is a very serious matter and finding the solutions to this problem is tough but with time it can be resolved all over the world not only in one region. The governments of different nations are taking action together on this matter.
